Cattle Mutilations

Cattle mutilation (also known as bovine excision) is the apparent killing and then mutilation of cattle under unusual or anomalous circumstances. Sheep and horses have been allegedly mutilated under similar circumstances.
  1. Cattle Mutilation FBI File [131 Pages, 6.13mb] - The material concerning the Animal Mutilation Project contains accounts of animal mutilations which were reported during the late 1970's. The FBI became involved when fifteen mutilations occurred in New Mexico. Various theories concerning the origins of the mutilations were explored by the FBI, including satanic cults, UFOs, pranksters, and natural predators. The investigation failed to identify any individuals responsible for the mutilations.

Majestic-12

Majestic 12 is the purported code name of a secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, supposedly formed in 1947 by an executive order of U.S. President Harry S. Truman. The purpose of the committee was to investigate UFO activity in the aftermath of the Roswell incident - the purported crash of an alien spaceship near Roswell, New Mexico, in July 1947. This alleged committee is an important part of the UFO conspiracy theory of an ongoing government cover up of UFO information.
  1. Majestic-12 FBI File  - Subject concerns an FBI inquiry into a possible unauthorized disclosure of classified information when a document marked "Top Secret" was made public. The investigation was closed after it was learned that the document was completely bogus. [24 Pages]

Project Blue Book

Project Blue Book was one of a series of systematic studies of Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) conducted by the United States Air Force (U.S.A.F.). Started in 1952, it was the second revival of such a study. A termination order was given for the study in December 1969, and all activity under its auspices ceased in January 1970.

Panel agrees that a study of UFOs in general is not a promising way to expand scientific understanding of the phenomena, and adds: 'On the basis of present knowledge the least likely explanation of UFOs is the hypothesis of extraterrestrial visitations by intelligent beings.'

The "Dulce Base" in Dulce, New Mexico

Although it seems to be made of myth and legend, the secret military installation tucked inside Archuletta Mesa in Northern New Mexico remains a mystery.

Tales of alien experimentation, torture, and genetic experiments have echoed through UFO lore for decades.  But is it true?

In the beginning of 2009, I was asked to produce and write a one hour episode of UFO Hunters on The History Channel on this very base.  I thought to myself, what could we find, if anything?  I knew it would be a challenge.

In the research phase, I called my friend John Rhodes who was instrumental in offering his research into the base, and how the technology to make a near 5-mile base in a mountain was possible.

He detailed the Subterrene, a piece of equipment that rather than drilling and excavating a mountain where you have tons of dirt leftover, this would bore through with a super heated process that would melt through the dirt leaving little trace behind.

As fantastic as the technology seems, I filed FOIA requests for documents relating to this machine.  And even though John Rhodes found evidence it was tested, I wanted to see what else I could find.

As of this writing, only one document was found.  But you can tell by the pictures - the technology works.

Mind Control Collection

The following is a list of documents pertaining to mind control and research of the U.S. military and government
  1. Brainwashing (CIA Records) [92 Pages] - CIA file on the topic of brainwashing, prepared for J. Edgar Hoover in the 1950s. (Due to the quality of the report, you may have to zoon the pdf to above 100% to read)
  2. Communist Control Techniques [123 Pages]
  3.  Hypnosis In Intelligence [32 Pages, 4.91mb] - Hypnosis is one of the oldest techniques for altering and controlling human beh1vior. A method that has had its share of mistrust and professional neglect. Hypnosis in thepast twenty years has been the subject of serious inquiry and sustained interest.  During this time, and even before, professIonal hypnotists have speculated on the possibilities of using hypnosis in warfare and in intelligence work. They have proposed that hypnosis could be used to strengthen the psychological defenses of captives and that it could be the
means of gaining compliance from otherwise uncooperatlve persons. This paper explores some of tbe operational implications of these proposals.
  4.  Individual Rights and the Federal Role in Behavior Modification - A Study Prepared by the Staff of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights of the Committee on the Judiciary, United States Senate, Ninety-third Congress, Second Session. -

A brief narrative description of the journal article, document, or resource. This report responds to a directive issued to the Senate Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights to conduct an investigation into behavior modification programs, with particular emphasis on the federal government's involvement in the technology of behavior control and the implications of this involvement for individual rights. Two basic considerations motivated the investigation: first, the concern that the rights of human subjects of behavioral research are sufficiently protected by adequate guidelines and review structures; and second, the question of whether the federal government has any business participating in programs that may alter the substance of individual freedom. Although the material included in this report is by no means comprehensive, some initial findings are apparent: (1) there is widespread and growing interest in the development of methods designed to predict, identify, control, and modify individual behavior; (2) few measures are being taken to resolve questions of freedom, privacy, and self-determination; (3) the Federal government is heavily involved in a variety of behavior modification programs ranging from simple reinforcement techniques to psychosurgery; and (4) a number of departments and agencies fund, participate in, or sanction research involving various aspects of behavior modification.
  5. Interrogation: Science and Art [371 Pages] - U.S. military personnel and intelligence officers in particular are expected to gain accurate information from detainees or prisoners and thus need to know "what works" in "educing" information through interrogation, strategic debriefing and information elicitation. This book presents the work of 13 specialists in law, psychology, military intelligence, neuroscience, computer science, conflict management and library science. The authors review what is known and not known about educing information.
  6. On Resisting Social Influence [34 Pages] - Resisting social influences becomes important when such influences can be appropriately thought of as 'mind control.' When information is systematically hidden, withheld or distorted it is impossible to make unbiased decisions. Under these circumstances, people may be subtly led to believe they are 'freely' choosing to act. It is precisely this kind of decision that persists and most affects our behavior since we come to believe in those attitudes and actions for which we have generated our own justifications. The thesis of this essay is that 'mind control' exists not in exotic gimmicks, but rather in the most mundane aspects of experience. Because it does, it is possible to reduce our susceptibility to unwanted coercive control by increasing our vigilance and learning to utilize certain basic strategies of analysis. In this paper, we present resistance strategies which are broadly applicable to the wide array of mind-manipulation attempts that surround us daily--in a 'self- help' format that provides for ready accessibility. Findings from relevant social-psychological research, from interviews and personal experiences with con men, cultists, super-salesmen and other perpetrators of mind control comprise the reservoir of information from which we have drawn.

Cloning Documents

  1.  Human Cloning, CRS Report for Congress [28 Pages, 200kb] - In December 2005, an investigation by Seoul National University, South Korea, found that scientist Hwang Woo Suk had fabricated results on deriving patient matched stem cells from cloned embryos a major setback for the field. In May 2005 Hwang had announced a significant advance in creating human embryos using cloning methods and in isolating human stem cells from cloned embryos. These developments have contributed to the debate in the 109th Congress on the moral and ethical implications of human cloning. Scientists in other labs, including Harvard University and the University of California at San Francisco, intend to produce cloned human embryos in order to derive stem cells for medical research on diabetes, Parkinsons disease, and other diseases. President Bush announced in August 2001 that for the first time federal funds would be used to support research on human embryonic stem cells, but funding would be limited to existing stem cell lines. Federal funds can not be used for the cloning of human embryos for any purpose, including stem cell research. In July 2002 the Presidents Council on Bioethics released its report on human cloning which unanimously recommended a ban on reproductive cloning and, by a vote of 10 to 7, a four-year moratorium on cloning for medical research purposes. The ethical issues surrounding reproductive cloning (commodification, safety, identity ), and therapeutic cloning (embryos moral status, relief of suffering), impact various proposals for regulation, restrictions, bans, and uses of federal funding. In January 2002, the National Academies released Scientific and Medical Aspects of Human Reproductive Cloning. It recommended that the U.S. ban human reproductive cloning aimed at creating a child. It suggested the ban be enforceable and carry substantial penalties.

UFO Sightings - Corroborating Documents?

I have decided to take some time and go after corroborating documents to UFO sightings seen around the states.  Hundreds are reported to MUFON's CMS Database and many other places around the internet.  Some, have a military connection; jets chasing the UFO, military aircraft seen nearby, etc.

As proven by the Chicago O'Hare sightings, and hopefully others, radar towers, military installations, etc., are effected by the sighting of a UFO.  Below, you will see some documents from around the government and military complex trying to verify UFO activity.  Sometimes, not always with good luck.
  1.   5/18/2009, UFO over Arizona and New Mexico later identified as Weat... - Originally called a UFO, a mysterious object seen over Arizona and New Mexico was identified as a weather balloon from NASA.  Attached are documents that were released by NASA of the data collected by the mission.
  2.   Beale Air Force Base Tower Logs 03-17-2009 - On March 17, 2009, many UFO events took place in California and Arizona that have a military connection.  Although it does not appear they are directly related, something was going on. In this request, I chased down (pardon the pun) the tower logs for this night from Beale Air Force Base, the location of a UFO sighting on the same date.

As reference, check out, "Military busy chasing CA UFOs March 17 (The Examiner, 03-18-2009)" by Roger Marsh.  This outlines the sighting, and the documents are available above.
  3.   Luke Air Force Base Tower Logs 02/23/2009 & 02/24/2009 - The request was worded, "Sir, I respectfully request all documents pertaining to an event that occurred on February 23, 2009.  According to an eye witness testimonial, two unexplained lights were seen near the Luke Air Force base area, then described seeing multiple fighter jets approach the objects.  Please include all documents that pertain to this event, which includes, but is not limited to, the tower logs for February 23 - February 24, 2009, audio recordings, letters, emails, memos, log files, etc., that make reference to this event.

Also, please include all documents pertaining to any and all missions on February 23, 2009, that scrambled aircraft into the air."

CIA MKULTRA Collection

The Black Vault filed a FOIA request for all documents pertaining to MKULTRA and similar projects. I was told that these documents were being reviewed, and I would be contacted when the review was completed.

For years I waited, and was never contacted. The CIA, in fact, DID release the documents on three CD-ROMs yet they never notified me and my open FOIA request still pending in their office.

After much frustration, I finally received the documents.  Below, you will find the links to the data on the CD-ROMS.

These files are organized in exactly the same way the CIA would send them to you. I simply created HTML indexes to make it even easier!

The directories contain .tif images of the documents (not my favorite format) and two other files. The .txt file is a poor excuse for a OCR (optical character recognition) of the document, which means they put the documents through a software title to make it text. You will see these are usually useless, because the process does not work on poorly photocopies documents. The .dat file in these directories is the one line description, as found in the index.

MKULTRA CIA Document Index - Start here! This will list the contents of the following links, which are the documents on the CD-ROMs. Or, you can just start browsing the CD's below - it's up to you!

The Roswell Incident

The Roswell UFO Incident involved the recovery of materials near Roswell, New Mexico, USA, on July 7, 1947, and since the early 1980s has become the subject of intense speculation, rumor and questioning. There are widely divergent views on what actually happened and passionate debate about what evidence can be believed. The United States military maintains that what was actually recovered was debris from an experimental high-altitude surveillance balloon belonging to a classified program named "Mogul." Many UFO proponents maintain that a crashed alien craft and bodies were recovered, and that the military engaged in a cover-up. The incident has turned into a widely known pop culture phenomenon, and for some, Roswell is synonymous with UFOs. It ranks as one of the most publicised and controversial UFO incidents ever.
  1. Roswell FBI File  - This one-page teletype dated July 8, 1947, conveyed information originating from the United States Air Force. The teletype's details purported that an object, possibly a flying disc, was recovered near Roswell, New Mexico.
  2. The Roswell Report: Fact versus Fiction in the New Mexico Desert  - Abstract : This report represents an effort to address the request made by Representative Steven H. Schiff (R-NM) for information regarding an alleged crash of an unidentified flying object (UFO) that occurred in the state in 1947. This publication duplicates the information provided to the Secretary of the Air Force and to the General Accounting Office (GAO). It was written as a result of Colonel Weaver's and Lieutenant McAndrew's efforts to locate the records that explain the events of July 1947 leading to what is popularly known as the Roswell Incident. The only information presented here that was not in the report delivered to the Secretary of the Air Force and the GAO is the photograph section. It appears after Colonel Weaver's final attachment, at the very end of this book. The importance of attachment 32, Lieutenant McAndrew's synopsis, derives from his description of Project MOGUL, the top-priority classified project of balloon-borne experiments, which provides the explanation for the "Roswell Incident." Interest abounds surrounding the UFO wave of 1947 which began in the spring and did not dissipate until fall. Interest in UFOs climaxed during the summer, when multiple sightings of such objects occurred.

Jimmy Carter Library - UFO Sighting and Letters

Early in my television career, I produced (associate producer) a one-hour documentary for The History Channel, entitled "UFOs and the White House."

Below, you will find some of the documents that I came up with in the research phase that were from the Jimmy Carter Library.

Ronald Reagan Library
Also during my production on UFOs and the White House, I had the pleasure of visiting the Ronald Reagan Library to take a look at this Presidential Records.

While researching the speech he gave to the United Nations and referencing, "an alien threat," I made an interesting discovery in his own handwriting making sure what he called his "fantasy" stayed in the speech.  A very interesting piece of UFO history!

Pearl Harbor

Aircraft and midget submarines of the Imperial Japanese Navy began a surprise attack on the U.S. under the command of Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto. Despite long-standing assertions that this attack could have been predicted and prevented by the United States Military, the U.S. forces at Pearl Harbor appeared to be utterly unprepared, and the attack was devastating in loss of life and damage to the U.S. fleet. At 6:05 a.m. on December 7, the six Japanese carriers launched a first wave of 183 planes composed mainly of dive bombers, horizontal bombers and fighters.

Operation Paperclip

Operation Paperclip was the code name for the 1945 Office of Strategic Services, Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency recruitment of German scientists from Nazi Germany to the U.S. after VE Day.

President Truman authorized Operation Paperclip in August 1945; however he had expressly ordered that anyone found "to have been a member of the Nazi party and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Nazism militarism" would be excluded.
